A watch built in the configurator does not exist yet when you order it. It is assembled to your configuration by our manufacturing partner in Asia, then shipped straight to you. The stated delivery time covers both production and shipping.

We count back from Thursday 24 December using the longest stated delivery time. These dates are a guide: carriers are busier in December, so leave two or three days of margin if you can. The priority production option (€20) moves your watch to the front of the assembly queue, but it does not change the stated delivery time. Outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be charged on delivery.

Everyone sees the dial; the caseback stays against the wrist. Put a name or initials on the dial, and a date or a short message on the back. A few Christmas lines that fit in 17 characters, spaces included:

Shipping is free everywhere, with no minimum order. Prices are in euros; outside the euro zone, your bank converts at payment. A sapphire caseback and a date magnifier cost nothing extra where the model offers them. A GMT hand for a second time zone is €40 on compatible models, and a spare strap €39.
Choosing size and style without asking
Size
Most Modus watches have a 40 mm case, which suits most men's wrists between 16 and 19 cm. For a slim wrist, AXIS also comes in 36 mm in the configurator. A watchmaker can shorten a steel bracelet in a few minutes; a leather or rubber strap is easier to fit on a small wrist. Our watch size guide gives the details.
Style
- He mostly wears shirts or office clothes: AXIS, plain and easy to read.
- He likes sport, the sea, rotating bezels: DEPTH, diver style, water resistant to 5 ATM (take it off to swim).

The gift card for last-minute shoppers
The gift card goes to the recipient by email with your message, either as soon as you pay or on a date you pick, up to 90 days ahead. You can buy it on 24 December, or order earlier and schedule it for the 25th. The €349 and €295 cards get an extra €20, added automatically by the next day at the latest: €369 or €315 to spend. The recipient then designs their own watch, in their size and to their taste.
Returns and warranty
The watch arrives in its box. It carries a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, with after-sales service in France. You can return it within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is paid by the customer unless the watch is faulty. For a gift, the 30 days start on the delivery date, not on Christmas Day.
