Contact usRight of withdrawal
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay any penalty. This exceeds the 14-day legal period set by article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation).
Return conditions
- . Watch in its original packaging (watch box, card).
- . No sign of wear or strap adjustment.
- . All supplied accessories included.
- . Tracked return at your expense, unless the watch is faulty or not as ordered.
How to return
- 01. Write to contact@modus-horlogerie.fr with your order number, within 30 days of receipt.
- 02. We reply with the return address.
- 03. Send the watch back in its original packaging, by tracked post, at your expense.
- 04. Full refund of the watch price within 14 days of receipt, to your original payment method.
Return costs
If you change your mind, the cost of sending the watch back is yours, in line with article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation). Use a tracked and, ideally, insured service: the watch remains your responsibility until it reaches our workshop. Delivery to you stays free.
Faulty watch or not as ordered: the return is free. Tell us about the problem with a photo, we send you a prepaid return label, then we repair, exchange or refund the watch.
These terms apply to orders placed from 6 October 2026.
3-year warranty
All Modus watches carry a 3-year warranty against any manufacturing defect. The warranty covers the movement, the stated water resistance and general operation. It does not cover normal wear, impacts, scratches or damage caused by improper use.
The statutory guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, Code de la consommation) and the guarantee against hidden defects (article 1641 of the French Civil Code, Code civil) also apply, at no extra cost.
