A watch from the catalogue ships within 24-48 working hours from our Lyon workshop, then arrives in 2-3 days in mainland France, at home with Colissimo or at a pickup point or parcel locker (Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, Chronopost, La Poste). A watch designed in the configurator is built to order to your specification, then regulated individually: it reaches you within 9 days, delivery included. International: 5-10 working days. Outside the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may be charged on delivery.

Yes, shipping is free everywhere in the world.

Yes. A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships.

Yes. Every watch is regulated before it’s sent.

Seiko movements, which we buy from Seiko: the Seiko NH35 (three-hand automatic with date) on most models (DEPTH, AXIS, FIELD, PRISM, ATLAS, NAUTA), the Seiko NH38 on open-heart dials, the Seiko NH34 (GMT automatic) on MERIDIAN and with the configurator’s GMT option, the Seiko NH70 (skeleton automatic) on ORBIT and the Seiko VK63 (meca-quartz chronograph, battery-powered) on INTERVAL, COSMOS and the ORBIT chronographs. The only exception: the configurator’s PRESTIGE model, with day and date windows, uses a Miyota 8285. The exact calibre is listed on every product page.

No. They are Modus Horlogerie watches fitted with a genuine Seiko movement. Seiko makes the movement; the case, dial, hands and strap are chosen by Modus. This is what’s often called a seiko mod.

All our watches are water-resistant to 5 ATM: rain, splashes, hand washing. They are not dive watches: avoid swimming and showering with them.

About 41 hours for the Seiko NH35, NH34 and NH70 automatic calibres. The Seiko VK63 (meca-quartz) runs on a battery, with an estimated life of 3 years.

3-year warranty against any manufacturing defect. Movement, case and water resistance are covered under normal use.

After-sales in France, repairs in France. Handled directly by our Lyon workshop.

Yes, within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging. Free returns, refund within 5 working days of receiving it back.

Avoid hard knocks and extreme temperatures. Rinse with fresh water after contact with salt water. A service is recommended every 5 years.
