Data controller

. Surname, first name, email, postal address (orders).
. Email only (newsletter).
. Anonymised connection data (traffic, cookies).
. Order history (Shopify customer account).

. Processing orders and deliveries.
. After-sales service and warranty follow-up.
. Marketing communication (with consent).
. Audience measurement (anonymised statistics).

Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is shared only with the technical subcontractors needed to process your order (Shopify for payment, Colissimo for delivery, Omnisend for emails).

Retention period

Order data: 5 years (accounting obligation).
Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.
Connection data: 13 months maximum.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@modus-horlogerie.fr. We reply within 30 days at most.

Cookies

The site uses cookies for your session, your cart and audience measurement. You can accept or refuse them via the banner at the bottom of the screen, and change your mind at any time with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page. A refusal is respected for 6 months; consent is kept for 13 months at most.

Only if you accept them, we also use measurement and advertising cookies: Google Analytics and Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Microsoft Clarity, the Meta pixel, the TikTok pixel and the Pinterest tag. They tell us which pages and which ads bring in visits and orders. If you refuse them, none of these services is loaded.
